Meet Our Leadership Team

Talk to Cherrelle Wilkerson (CEO, Founder)

As CEO, Cherrelle has committed to the journey of uplifting her community by creating progressive professional opportunities for all those with ambition, ability, and grit. Standing on her foundation of being village raised, she believes we are our brother’s keeper.

Cherrelle’s professional contributions started with teaming up with large office supplies manufacturers in the customer service department, where she learned the importance of supply and demand. In addition to customer service, Cherrelle was recruited to support logistic government contracts. There, she was recognized for being a leader in logistic mission support. Her responsibilities included: dispatch, fleet management, procurement, shipping and receiving.

Talk to J. Darlene Wilkerson (COO)

Darlene is responsible for making sure our train runs smoothly and is on time every time. She started her career in the transportation industry in 1999 as a secretary for a well known moving company. At this time, she was fresh out of college with a Business Degree and did not like the fact of, “this is the job I landed after all the work I’ve done.” Within months, she was promoted to Office Manager.

Shortly after, she was promoted to Regional Manager. Darlene has over 20 years of experience in transportation, dispatch, and logistics. In addition, she has
over 30 years of customer service and management experience. Darlene is committed to whatever she attaches herself to.

Darlene has been married for over 30 years and has 6 daughters and over a dozen grandchildren. She is truly devoted to her family and her work.
